My UX Philosiphy
1 / Explore
Before I was in the UX industry, I gained professional experience across pharmacy operations and retail leadership. These roles taught me how to listen, empathize, and be curious about problems to be solved. Now, I bring that same mindset to user research, digging into what people need and why it matters.
2 / Ideate
As a self-taught designer, I’ve learned to think creatively and resourcefully. I love brainstorming ideas that are both practical and people-centered, always asking, "How does this make someone’s experience better?” after each idea.
3 / Build
Designing feels like solving a puzzle, and I love the challenge. My pharmacy experience taught me precision, and retail leadership taught me to stay calm and resourceful. Those lessons shape how I move from ideas to polished prototypes with clarity and purpose. Every detail matters, and I make sure each one supports the user.
4 / Test & Iterate
Across all of my professional experiences, I've learned that growth comes from feedback. I test early, observe real users, and refine quickly. Like in my past roles, where small changes made big impacts, I treat every insight as an opportunity to improve. Great design doesn’t happen in one shot — it evolves throguh repition.
